Creation of concise and comprehensive framing plans for new and existing construction including:
  • Anchor rod setting plans
  • Framing plans for single and multi-story structures
  • Framing elevations and specific sectional details
  • Shop fabrication drawings (inclusive of typical AISC beam/column framing, vertical and horizontal bracing, hip and valley construction, rolled and radiused framing)
  • Steel stairs (inclusive of welded bent pan treads, bolted grate treads, pre-fab wood and concrete treads)
  • Steel handrails (inclusive of single line, multi-line, multi-line picketed, removable and retaining wall rails)
  • Dumpster enclosure framing (inclusive of steel gates, bollards, etc.)
